Terms & Conditions – APEX Motor Trends
Effective Date: May 5, 2021
By scheduling services, approving an estimate, or submitting payment, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions set forth by APEX Motor Trends.
1. Services & Work Authorization
Customer authorizes APEX Motor Trends to perform the requested services on the vehicle listed. All services are performed with care; however, due to the nature of automotive surfaces, results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle.
2. Vehicle Condition
Customer acknowledges that pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, rock chips, stains, fading, or previous repairs, may affect final results. APEX Motor Trends is not responsible for correcting or worsening pre-existing conditions.
3. Paint Protection Film (PPF) & Tint Variations
Minor imperfections such as dust particles, edges, stretch marks, or slight visual distortion may be present due to the installation process. These are considered normal and not defects. Film may also have slight variation in appearance depending on lighting and angles.
4. Ceramic Coating Limitations
Ceramic coatings provide protection against environmental contaminants and enhance gloss but do not prevent scratches, rock chips, or physical damage. Proper maintenance is required to preserve performance.
5. Curing & Aftercare
Customer agrees to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect the performance and longevity of the installed products. APEX Motor Trends is not responsible for issues caused by improper care.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required to secure appointments and are non-refundable.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customer agrees to contact APEX Motor Trends directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in additional fees, collections, and/or legal action. Customer remains responsible for the full balance of services rendered.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Any applicable warranties are limited to the manufacturer’s warranty (if provided) and proper maintenance. APEX Motor Trends does not guarantee against wear and tear, misuse, or external damage.
9. Personal Property
Customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle. APEX Motor Trends is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
10. Delays & Unforeseen Conditions
Additional time may be required if unforeseen conditions arise during service. Customer will be notified if any delays occur.
11. Photography & Marketing
APEX Motor Trends may photograph or record vehicles for quality control, training, or marketing purposes. No personal information will be shared.
12. Limitation of Liability
APEX Motor Trends’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the services performed. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
By proceeding with services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
